We Set Out To Create A Blended Whiskey That Was Far Superior To Your Typical Bottom Shelf Product That Blended Whiskeys Almost Always Fall Into. We Also Wanted To Craft A Whiskey That We Could Offer At Incredible Value To Our Clients. Our Whiskey Professionals Started With Our Base Bourbon. Typically Blended Whiskey Only Contains 20%-25% Bourbon, However We Decided To Use 30% In Westside Water. It Lends The Strong Nose And Depth Of A Bourbon More Than Any Blended Whiskey We Compared It To. Black Label Our Next Step Was Improving The Blender Element Of The Whiskey. It's Common Practice To Use Corn Grain (Gns) Or Sugarcane Rum To Fill In The 75%-80% Of The Spirit's Content. We Went A Step Further And Decided To Oak Our Corn Grain And Age It Similar To Traditional Whiskey, But With An Accelerated Process Using Oak Cubes / Staves. This Resulted In A Very Whiskey Flavor That Outshines Other Blended Whiskeys. Finally A Few Other Industry Secret Processes Are Added To Round Out The Pallet And Give Weight To The Product. Our Whiskeys Do Not Have Any Added Sugars And Any Sweetness Comes From The Aging Process.
