One of the distinguishing characteristics of Hazelburn Single Malt Scotch Whisky is its triple distillation. This traditional method results in a smoother and more refined spirit, allowing the true flavors of the malt to shine through. Additionally, Hazelburn is proud to be free of artificial coloring and chill filtration. While this may cause a slight natural haze to form when the whisky is cold, rest assured that this haze will disappear once the temperature returns to normal.
The Hazelburn 15 Year Old Oloroso Cask Matured is a product of careful cask selection. Fresh Oloroso casks have been chosen to house and mature the whisky, imparting unique and robust flavors. This cask type adds layers of complexity to the whisky, with rich notes of dried fruits, nuts, and distinctive sherry influences. Each sip reveals the depth and character that only a well-matured whisky can offer.
