This mezcal pairs the spirit of Oaxaca with rich and bright notes of Mango. Made by Mezcal Artesanal with Mango, this unique beverage is the result of the craftsmanship of Head Mezcalero Luis Juárez. The maguey used is 7-year Angustifolia Agave sourced from the region of San Agustín Amatengo Ejutla. The production process involves a conical earthen oven where the maguey is cooked for six days using mesquite wood and juniper wood. After cooking, the maguey undergoes maceration in a horse-drawn stone mill called Tahona, followed by fermentation in Awewete Wood Barrels with natural fermentation. The distillation process involves copper pot stills with refrescadera, resulting in a unique and exquisite flavor profile. Each batch of this mezcal has a size of 350L and is identified by the batch number PMG8004. The Paquera Mango Espadin comes in a 750ml bottle with an ABV of 46.0%, making it a delightful choice for mezcal enthusiasts looking for a tropical twist.
