Wigle St. Nick: A Collaboration for Your Holiday Celebrations!
Introducing Wigle St. Nick: The Perfect Holiday Spirit
The holiday season is upon us, and what better way to celebrate than with a special collaboration from two beloved Pittsburgh institutions? Wigle St. Nick is a truly unique creation that brings together the craftsmanship of Wigle Whiskey and the rich tradition of Penn Brewery.
Using their renowned German copper-pot still, Wigle Whiskey distilled a batch of Penn Brewery's St. Nikolaus Bock, a classic German-style beer. This careful distillation process captures the essence of the beer and transforms it into a one-of-a-kind spirit. But the magic doesn't stop there – St. Nick is then aged in American oak, adding an extra layer of depth and complexity.
The result is a spirit that delights the senses and evokes the spirit of the holiday season. Wigle St. Nick boasts a robust flavor profile with a delightful array of roasty malt notes. Each sip is a journey through the flavors of the original St. Nikolaus Bock, now transformed into a beautifully crafted whiskey.
Whether you're a whiskey enthusiast or simply looking for a special drink to share with loved ones during the holidays, Wigle St. Nick is a must-have addition to your collection. Its distinctive character makes it a perfect choice for sipping by the warm glow of a crackling fire or for crafting festive cocktails that will impress even the most discerning palates.
Not only does Wigle St. Nick deliver on taste, but it also encapsulates the spirit of collaboration and innovation that Pittsburgh is known for. It's a celebration of two local institutions coming together to create something truly remarkable and special.
So this holiday season, raise a glass of Wigle St. Nick and toast to the joy and merriment that the season brings. Let this unique spirit be the centerpiece of your celebrations, an embodiment of the warmth and camaraderie that make the holidays so magical. Wigle St. Nick is more than just a drink – it's a testament to the artistry and craftsmanship that can be found right here in Pittsburgh.
Cheers to the holidays, and to the spirit of Wigle St. Nick!
