Barullo Margarita
- 2 oz Barullo
- 1 oz blanco tequila
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- Tajín rim
- Ice
Shake everything with ice, strain over fresh ice in a Tajín-rimmed glass. Finish with a watermelon wedge.
Paloma de Sandía
- 2 oz Barullo
- 4 oz grapefruit soda
- Squeeze of lime
- Salt rim
- Ice
Build in a tall glass over ice, top with grapefruit soda and stir once. Garnish with grapefruit and chile.
Cantarito Barullo
- 2 oz Barullo
- 1 oz orange juice
- 1 oz grapefruit juice
- ½ oz lime juice
- Top with grapefruit soda
- Salt rim
Build in a clay cantarito packed with ice, top with soda and garnish with citrus wheels. Pure Jalisco.

30% Alc. Vol. (60 proof) in a 750 ml bottle. It's a liqueur made with blanco tequila and neutral spirit, natural watermelon flavor and chile oleoresin.
