Starlight Bottled in Bond Straight Rye Whiskey

Our Rye Whiskey is Made from sweet mash and distilled on our custom Cooper pot still to obtain the highest-end spirit. This Rye Whiskey is then aged in new 53-gallon, charred American oak barrels. After a minimum of 4 years of aging this whiskey is bottled at 100 proof under the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897.
