Starlight Distillery’s straight wheat whiskey is a unique mashbill to showcase the wheat grain used at the Distillery. This whiskey was aged in a new, charred American oak barrel and delivers notes of honey, brioche bread, and clove. These aromas complement the sweet barrel characters and create a soft, full wheat whiskey.
